Yes, this should be a better option. If no community funding and match from ArcBlock, the award will out of the pocket from organizers…
It’s always way much fun to have community run everything.
i guess that makes me the organizer cause I made the polls, but I’m just bringing to fruition what plenty of users suggested on X, they wanted ArcBlock to make a blocklet competition
A community event is cool but I thought it was agreed that ArcBlock would fund it (donate OR match, whatever the user community votes for). This is what I gathered from our discussion here
Let me clarify: Since it’s the community event, ArcBlock will do match funding for community events. (usually will 1 match with a top limit).
I personally could donate some as part of community, but ArcBlock will only match funding community organized events.
