Twitter Profile Not Matching on Settings Page

The Twitter profile photo displayed on the ArcBlock Community Settings page does not match the user’s actual Twitter account photo. However, the GitHub profile photo is displayed correctly — indicating inconsistent behavior between the two integrations.
