My space not responding
I have a "My space" that runs an arcbridge blocklet that received an update this morning and now is unresponsive. I've restarted several times but no luck. Any help would be appreciated!

What do you mean by saying "unresponsive"? Would you mind sharing your bridge node URL for further investigation?

any thoughts here? my bridge node has been down for several days now and I’m not sure how to fix it
My space is "running", but when I try to connect i get a request timeout.

Since my site won't respond, I can't access my arcbridge node blocklet. It is showing stopped status with my space in its current state, but its url is https://cloudbadger.did.life
I've tried restarting my space but that doesn't fix the issue.

There are 2 types of spaces supported by ArcBlock Launcher:
We just replaced the computing instance behind your "dedicated space" (your data is encrypted and untouched, so is your funds staked for the ArcBridge Node), please check your space dashboard (URL you provided above) to see if things work as expected.
Usually, your apps (ArcBridge node you mentioned above) in the space will be started once it recovers.
For the root cause of this issue, we found the upgrading process may cause the server to hang occasionally, maybe you have experienced the same issue?

You can open did wallet, using the "my" section (bottom right button) tap apps. Arcbridge node should show there, which you can observe its status or tap again for more details and available actions.
Im not sure if you canceled the subscription for arcbridge node, but those steps might allow you to find the restart/reboot/go to dashboard options for your arcbridge. The word terminated makes me think it crashed or otherwise didnt start after the update and just needs to be started again.
I can’t access the arcbridge blocket controls because the blocklet space isn’t functioning properly. I can access the blocklet space controls but all they let me do is restart it and that doesn’t fix anything. I could start fresh with a new space but I don’t know how to retrieve my staked tokens in the current bridge if I can’t access its controls.
does the subscription for Arcbridge Node also show current/ up to date?
Oh sorry, i just now realized my screenshot was misleading. That "terminated" arcbridge node was my first attempt at doing this. After I couldn't get it to work that way, i followed the instructions here instead: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=j4kIGJ5Rou0 . Once I was able to get it working the way the video describes, I cancelled that arcbridge node subscription. So that is not the one I'm trying to access and it is not where my stake is. I don't believe I have a separate arcbridge subscription for my new node since it runs on the my space.

right, exactly. the bridge blocklet is stopped because the space is "running" but isn't responding. everything was fine until a couple days ago when there was a software update. once it took that software update, it started behaving like this.
if i spin up a new blocklet node is there a way to transfer my stake so i can rejoin the bridge?
the url cloudbadger seems to be loading now (asks for DID login ✅️).
