Missing Notification When Internet Connection Restores After a Disruption

The ArcSphere application correctly notifies the user when the internet connection is lost or interrupted. However, it fails to provide a corresponding notification or visual alert once the internet connection has been successfully restored, leaving the user unaware that they can resume online activities.
