Unable to vote for Arcblock AMA
Getting error : Get user info failed, please relogin and try again
I am using the DID wallet to vote, and when I try connecting, it gives me the error above
I am using the wallet that is connected to my account with the right DID space

Also DID Wallet saying no profiles even though I have made multiple and exist due to none of them still showing up
hi, did wallet we will re-examine it. Could you try again using the mobile wallet?
Same problem with the DID Wallet on IOS, giving me an error saying "get user info failed" and I think the problem is that the wallets are not able to get the profile information even though they exist, but I hope this can be looked into.

Tried relogging for both Arcblock community and DID Wallet on both IOS and Plug in Desktop and still get the same error of not being able to get user info.
I think the problem arises due to the fact that its not recognizing the profiles that are created, and hence the voting is unable to retrieve any info since it thinks there are no profiles created due to the DID wallet not showing it. I made various profiles and it still isn't showing up and is asking me to create a new one even though they were successfully created and can be seen via DID Spaces
These are two issues. The inability to display user information is one problem, but it won't affect login. I will continue to investigate this issue
