Editing discussions - Pinned and Featured options

When trying to edit discussion (as in the video), we still get “Pinned” and “Featured” options, but they shouldn’t be visble there for users to access (the team decides). When trying to press them, the user is met with an error message. I just think they should be hidden from the user. this seems like a bug
