Input Appearance Modal Shows Missing Preview Images for V0Input Options

When configuring the appearance of agent inputs via the "Select Appearance" modal, the visual preview images for the "V0Input" and the second, unlabeled "V0 Input" options are missing. Instead of a representative UI screenshot, a placeholder with "No Preview Image" is displayed.
