Community page Display

Would it be possible to change the design/display of the community page with shaded and bon e shaded posts: I recall Shijun mentioning that some posts are carried over and considered for future bounties if the team need more time to analyse and investigate them. Perhaps all submissions already closed/resolved or qualified could display with grey shading so users know they are historical. 

All open claims (regardless of the monthly timing, that could still qualify for future months) are left with a white background to signify that they are still under consideration. 

This would make it easy to see at a glance what has been actioned and what remains to be looked at further as the community grows.
