Is the roadmap delayed?

I don't want to complain here but Q2 was supposed to be "Emphasis on Marketing & Education" + brain mining - We got a little bit of education with a few AIGNE tutorials but those tutorials suddenly stopped once price started breaking the uptrend, which is an interesting observation.... Other than that I can't recall any 'education' so far - Barely any marketing - Brain mining not launched

Q3 roadmap: "Starting in Q3, we plan to hold a new type of Global Hackathon which will span over a month. Its purpose is to expand the reach from the previous quarter's education, marketing, and ecosystem building efforts" ... "Our goal is to hold a global hackathon in Q3, and we anticipate over 100 project ideas will be born during this event." - Since it seems like the Q2 roadmap milestones haven't really been reached, i.e. there was very little education, no community expansion, no visible marketing etc is it fair to assume the general roadmap is being delayed? This is an important question since it says "Its (Q3) purpose is to expand the reach from the previous quarter's education, marketing, and ecosystem building efforts". How can you expand the reach of those efforts if those efforts haven't been visible? How can you anticipate to attract many more builders in Q3 and that "over 100 project ideas will be born during this event"? (which is a very bold statement!)

So, in summary, to me it seems like the roadmap is delayed. Q2 milestones haven't been reached, and as a consequence, I'm not sure if Q3 milestones can be met. Is this the correct way to look at the current roadmap and progress?

I'd appreciate some transparency in regards to this.
