Payment checkout not responding correctly

I recently made a product and payment link, but am not able to get a full checkout process for either the ABT or Dollar option set up.

This is a link to the checkout and service in question. As you'll see, whether you press the ABT or Dollar option, it does not take the user through the next automated steps to confirm the purchase.

Are there extra steps to consider and add when self hosting blocklets to ensure they work properly?

I'm use to just launching them on ArcBlock, so I always imagined they'd work the same as they would otherwise. But I'm wondering if there are parameters I'm not adjusting for and implementing, and if there is, please let me know what to look out for, or what to observe and fix, so I can pass on this information to the developer I'm working with!

We are very sorry for the poor experience, you can try the following process to see if it can solve this problem:

  1. Stop all blocklet services.
  2. Start Media Kit.
  3. Start Payment Kit.
  4. Start the remaining bloklets.

No worries! Thanks for the help, I gave it a try and it did not fix the status. I still have the same problem as before sadly lol.

It looks like one of the Server APIs might not be responding properly.

Please try restarting the Blocklet server:

blocklet server stop --force  
blocklet server start

If the issue persists, try accessing the server API directly (usually on port 8089) to check if it’s reachable:

Then please share the result with us, a successful response should return：

Okay for sure, I'll share the information and hopefully that helps us to figure out the issue! I'll let you guys know how things work out!
