ArcSphere AI Assistant Not Responding

The AI assistant feature in ArcSphere does not respond to user input. When I type a query in the "Ask Anything" section, no response is generated, and the system remains idle without showing any error message. I have attempted this multiple times, including after refreshing the page, but the AI consistently fails to respond.
