Arcblock new blocklet event rules questions

I was reading the new standards for the blocklet event and said real-world utility (mandatory), does that mean no games at all on blocklet store? The team has been a little vague regarding this, could more clarification be provided regarding games. Be it own project from scratch or open source projects with the right license, are any games allowed?

As an example, Appstore/google play have plenty of games as well as real-world utility apps

It was also not clarified if for this modified event the 7500 abt reward is still weighted the same as old one (quantity made per user). Or if there will be a weighted based system (similar to bug bounty for example). Could the team expand on that? Thank you

Games will be considered, entertainment is the biggest utility for these blocklets, however, only high quality games will be accepted.

By the way, any developer can start and host their own store to host any blocklets.

makes sense, thanks. only games worth it will be accepted. (aesthetic ui/ux, good functionality, etc)

Game is a real world utility for sure.

Will a game good as a Blocklet? just think as a end user and answer:

  • why should I install and run this Blocklet as my own instance, and not just find an online website to play?
  • Why should I run this Blocklet if there are same or similar from somewhere else?

If you find it’s reasonable, then you might have a good reason to do it.

I think you have some good examples, I rem you created a ping pong or brickout with ArcBlock logo, this add some unique points to the old games.

CrypPong yes, I see, so uniqueness is also valued in this aspect 😁

We will keep the quality bar high, the overall algorithm will be weight based, please stay tuned for the detail.

looking forward to hear that, thanks!

i have one more questiom regarding AIGNE made blocklets. I was reading about multiplier effect for composability, Do AIGNE made blocklets fall under that? Also, will there be a bigger multiplier for multi-Agents AI per one blocklet?

I have one more question regarding AIGNE blocklets. I developed and spent a lot of time and effort to make AIGNE blocklets such a this one as an example:

https://store.blocklet.dev/blocklets/z2qaEszMCiPzjkBa1rqyZuU44vkquzwsyTK4Q

They are high function and aesthetic UI/UX, and have multilingual support. Most of them focus on one particular real-world utility topic (examples such as: Mood advisor Agent, gift finder/suggestion agent, fitness trainer agent, cooking recipes agent, book recommendations based on topic agent, etc).

Will those blocklets be okay with the new rules? I’m asking because I’d like to keep making them and I’d rather know now than to start them if they turn out to not be permissible for the blocklet store/competition and then it results in wasted time
