Why do bug bounty participants who joined a year ago get rewarded?

In September, we made a rule adjustment to the Bug Bounty program
At that time, I did some review on the old posts in the community and partially re-tagged some of the posts that had been tagged with Bug Bounty but hadn't received any rewards, this was the one that was re-tagged at that time, so it counted towards the September Bug Bounty event.
