TBA is used on ArcBlock Beta yes, doesn't seem like a typo 😅
ABT isn't on Test Chain.

Very possible that it is what it should be yes, however if there’s a TBA token why not just have ABT on the test net as well. This is why I think it’s a typo. If not, all is well. If I'm right count it haha. I also know that this was an issue in other places and was changed to ABT so again quite possible it’s a typo.

ABT is named as TBA on testnet intentionally, just like ETH is named SepoliaETH on sepolia testnet.

So this dune token holds the same value as $Abt?

No, all tokens on the test chain do not hold any value, but they can be used for the same purpose on the test chain as ABT is used on the main chain, such as:
transfer to others
staking for gas-free tx
pay for protocol fee when create test nft collection
