Request forbidden: you may not have the necessary permissions for the requested resource

Description: When browsing or interacting with discussions in the ArcBlock Community, an error message appears:

“Request forbidden: you may not have the necessary permissions for the requested resource.”

This happens even when the user is logged in and viewing public categories.
