Help (?) Icons Not Working on Transaction Detail Page

When I opened the transaction detail page on ArcBlock Main Chain Explorer, I noticed that the help (?) icons beside "Transaction Hash" and "Sender" did not work. I tried tapping them several times, but nothing appeared—no tooltip or explanation was shown.
