Passport for Posting & Editing Only

I'm currently trying to set up the option for a user to buy a Passport, and only be able to post Articles within the network. The Blog Editor Passport works, but still gives the user too much power, allowing them to edit other people's posts that are not theirs.

While this works for Blog Website and News Outlets aiming to form small teams with high trust. It does not allow for a true scalable network, that being one with a large team and low trust.

I'm wanting to allow anyone to join the network, as long as they purchase a passport.

Can a new Passport be created, that only allows users the ability to publish their posts and edit them afterwards, but not any other users?

Instead of a "Blog Editor" it can be a "Publisher." Someone who solely publishes their own work, edits it, can delete it when desired, and nothing else. Similar to other Social Networks like Meta, X, and Youtube.

Am I able to do this myself? And if so, how do I go about creating and customizing the passport? I've made passports in the past, but I'm not able to customize how they actually function.
