Text box drops away/Start discussion button change

When you click within the title field or select the board drop down when making a new post, the message text box stays on the screen. when you select the “label” drop down the text box disappears. My suggestion is that you either have the text box remain on the screen or change the greyed out button to black the same as when you‘ve started typing so it’s intuitive to select. If you hit the grey button the text box comes back but it gives the impression when it’s grey that it’s not clickable. See video below.
