Chain/Wallet Switch Modal - Text Truncation and Poor Column Formatting
The layout of the "Switch Chain and Wallet" modal is visually broken, resulting in both the chain names and the corresponding wallet addresses being cut off and difficult to read. This makes it challenging for the user to accurately select the correct chain and verify the associated wallet address.

In most cases, the first and last few characters of an address are enough to verify it, and most wallets handle it this way.
