Download Count Obscurity on Tap

On the Blocklet Store detail page, the "Download" count (represented by the cloud icon and the number 74.4k) appears to be tap-able, but the action (either a tap or hover event, as suggested by the orange arrow) does not display a tooltip or full numeric value for the downloads.
