NFT Loading Issues
Recently, someone minted an NFT from one of my collections called “Star Children.”
For whatever reason, the image wouldn’t load on the Block Explorer.
So I reached out to the individual that minted it, because I recognized their address, and asked if they were having any issues with the NFT loading in their wallet. He confirmed that the image was in fact not loading in his DID.
I know sometimes the images can be slow to load, or some days just won’t, and then the next day will work perfectly fine, but I haven’t had this specific issue before.
I checked to see if the other NFTs in the collections were the same, but they were all okay, so it’s just this one.
I thought to make a quick discussion about it just in case it was maybe a problem on my end, with either my DID: Spaces or something?

This is a known issue, please check if the DID Spaces space occupied by the NFT Studio binding is
full or expiredIf it is full it will cause the upload of the NFT to fail and you need to go to DID Spaces to expand the space
If it is confirmed that the DID Spaces need to be renewed or expanded, then NFT will automatically upload it when you perform the operation.

I have confirmed that my DID: Spaces is full, and I also needed to back up my blocklet again lol.
However, I've now run into a different problem. I'm trying to expand my space as it indicates, but it doesn't allow me to go forward with the change and pops up a red message. It reads something in regards to a "Subscription proration anchor..."

Q1: Why can't the NFT load anymore? How to solve it? After our investigation, we found that your site https://4thsociety.did.life is linked to a DID Space (https://www.didspaces.com/app/space/zjdfJkabtXuBAfjr3p8nhfTGqKzb4EuSBbLd), but its subscription has been canceled. The solution is to resubscribe to this DID Space (don't worry about the price, as our DID Space prices have greatly reduced).
First, go to the DID Space homepage (https://www.didspaces.com/app/space/zjdfJkabtXuBAfjr3p8nhfTGqKzb4EuSBbLd), then click on the top right corner and select "Resubscribe." Choose a package that suits you and make the purchase, and the NFT display will automatically restore.

This is a bug in the payment-kit and is unrelated to the NFT display. Please don't worry, we will fix it later.

I thought I had my NFT maker connected to another DID, which is why I figured I could cancel that one, but no worries. I’m glad you all made ArcBlock bullet proof enough for us consumers😂
