scroll bar inside the page element didnt go down? Mouse wheel? If it wasnt inside the element where the scroll bar is, the regular part of the page may or may not have a scroll bar depending on your resolution - which also wouldnt move the element section anyway 😅

Almost looks like the tab with the larger description is peeking through translucent header solely because it took up more page space.
Should be able to move down a bit
