It is caused by a system billing delay. The billing for AIGNE Hub credits is delayed. In one report, all previously unreported usage will be reported uniformly, which may result in arrears. Once arrears occur, you will no longer be able to call AI, and you need to recharge. After recharging, the outstanding amount will be deducted.
