Can't upload a video

When reporting issues through this community I am unable to upload a video file to show an example of the bug. I can upload images and screenshots but there is no category for video files. For example I have a bug to report and have recorded a mp4 to show the bug in action but can't upload. As per the screenshot I can browse my device but only have the option of still images.
