Status labels used in Bug Bounty Program
I’ve noticed a few new team assigned status labels popping up on posts recently, Can we add into the community guide document detail regarding what each team assigned label means for example:
Qualified - this posts has qualified for a bug bounty reward
Need Review - The team are assessing this post in more detail it may still qualify for a bug bounty reward but we need more time to review the details, we aim to do this typically within X days/weeks
Duplicate - This post is similar to other posts on the same subject, you can dispute this if you feel it isn’t duplicated by raising it to the teams attention
Will not fix - This post has been seen by the team but it is not possible to fix the issue at the present moment or the issue is very low priority compared to the resources required to resolve it
Can’t Repro - The team have seen this post but are unable to reproduce the issue. The post won’t/will qualify? The team will continue/will no longer investigate further?
High priority - the team are aware of this issue and it is being treated as an important fix, we aim to have this actioned within X days/weeks
Resolved - The team have addressed this issue and it has been resolved or will be resolved during the next app update
I think this would make it easier for users to understand what is happening with the posts they make and that the team are addressing issues as per the priority structures in place.

obviously I’ve just kind of guessed at the meaning of them here but if the team could make this more accurate it would give us a clear understanding of the timeframes and what’s happening with posts
(Happy for the team to just edit this post if that easier and just update the status explanations as required to ensure it’s accurate with timescales or definition) 👍
