UI Element Overlap/Misplaced Sticker on "Import" Button

On the file import screen (where a URL is entered), the "Import" button is partially obscured by a decorative graphic or sticker (which appears to be a drawing of a pen/stylus tip with a spark). This overlay covers part of the button text and extends outside the button's boundary, resulting in a cluttered and potentially confusing UI.
