Abt sent to CB from ABT main
Hey there, I sent 341 ABT from ABT main to my CB address. I was unaware I had to send it to Eth Mainnet. Can you retrieve it back to ABT Mainnet

or if can be bridged to eth mainnet, I'd just like to retrieve my tokens somehow if possible.

As I mentioned if that account is a CEX account (which you don't have private key), there is nothing you and we can do.
However if that is an account in your other Ethereum wallet, e.g. metamask or any wallet, you can simply use DID Wallet to import that wallet, and you will find your token is there under your own control, you never lose anything!

I have had the same problem how do you go about importing wallet to the did wallet, i sent abt main to eth abt in a ledger wallet. can it be recovered?
From the main view of DID Wallet, tap or click the arrow (downward carrot next to "My DID Wallet" in image shown) for your wallet (top center of main view):

If this is your Coinbase deposit account, then you do NOT have its private key either, only one have it is Coinbase. That's the nature of all CEX. The deposit address is actually the CEX's account, it's NOT yours. That said only Coinbase will be able to retrieve it on ABT Mainnet.
At this time, Coinbase is NOT directly connected to ArcBlock Mainnet, so unlikely they are going to retrieve that for you (even technically they can but that may breach a lot of security management protocols). However in the future, if Coinbase decided to connect to ArcBlock mainnet (We surely wish that will happen!), those token should come back to your Coinbase balance.
I am so sorry this happen to you, however there is nothing we can do because it's blockchain. But this reminded us, we should publish a warning and guide on how to correctly sending ABT to CEX.
On the Token sending page of DID Wallet, there is now a warning ⚠️ at the top.

I have sent 1200 ABT main to an ethereum Abt ledger address, is it possoble to retrieve tokens or are they lost?
Yes, in that case you won't loose your ABT, they are safe in your ledger wallet controlled account, because your ledger is managing your private key.
Right now, the straightforward way to do it is to import the mnemonic words from your ledger into the DID Wallet. However, I strongly recommend that you DO NOT do this. The reason is that your ledger is a hardware wallet, and its main advantage is that its private key never reaches an online device. This provides extensive security for your digital assets. Once you import your mnemonic words into any online wallet (such as DID Wallet, Metamask, Rainbow, etc.), the risk will significantly increase. This is not to say that DID Wallet is not secure, but the nature of an online wallet is different from that of a hardware wallet. Unless your ledger wallet currently does not contain many valuable assets, I strongly discourage you from importing the mnemonic words anywhere else.
If you don't have many other assets in that hardware wallet, you can import it to the DID Wallet. You will be able to find the account with the ABT there, and you can freely use it from the DID Wallet or transfer it elsewhere. However, if you choose to do so, I strongly recommend transferring all assets from other accounts in the hardware wallet, resetting it, and using it to create a new wallet. Because once your hardware-managed wallet touches an online device, the risk increases. That wallet (even within the hardware wallet) will no longer have the same level of security as before. To keep it safe, you should create a new one with the same hardware wallet.
If you do have a lot of assets in that hardware wallet, I suggest you hold, since the ABT are safe there. I will discuss with our DID Wallet team to figure out the best solution to minimized the risk in this kind of situation.
P.S. If you send your assets to another online wallet, e.g. Metamask, Rainbow, etc., you can simply import it to DID Wallet and transfer your assets. Because the security level of such wallet remain the same.

Hello so I sent my ABT tokens on the mainnet to my CB exchange ABT account.
I was looking back on my activity for CB and there is nothing recieved in CB activity listed there. I have a similar problem with Solana bc I sent my Neon token to Solana 4 months ago to the CB solana address. They were able to retrieve my Neon bc CB supported Neon 10 days ago. Given that scenario provided, I looked up the activity when I sent my Neon on the Solana network it shows I received 0.00 Solana bc it did not recognize Neon as a supported assett but showed my deposit as Recieved 0.00 Solana.
So my point is, If my ABT was sent from the Main ABT network to my CB ABT address it would show a history of depositing a unrecognizable coin.
I have no history of nothing unrecognizable deposited to my CB ABT account.
I even traced the account where I sent it to and it happens to show it is an DID address and shows my 341 ABT there.
Can you please recover it and place it back to my DID ABT wallet, where it was sent from?
Im attaching the screenshot of my transaction activity of my accidental Neon sent to Solana and you can see it shows the deposited assett as 0.00 bc its unrecognizable.

.. point being is that CB shows all my deposits recieving even if assett is not supported. So what im trying to entail it was never sent to CB ABT address it is still in your ABT network. Please retrieve for me please
