Notification Badge Reappears After Being Read
Description of the Issue: Whenever I read a notification in the "Notifications" tab, the notification badge disappears temporarily. However, when I navigate to another tab or reload the page, the notification badge reappears even though the notification has already been read.
Steps to Reproduce the Issue:
- Log in to my account on ArcBlock Community.
- Click on an unread notification in the "Notifications" tab.
- Navigate to a different tab or reload the page.
- The notification badge reappears despite the notification being marked as read.
