The waiting period may be longer than expected when there are too few transactions through the bridge, because whenever the bridge nodes try to produce a block with your transaction included, the service fee of all transactions in that block should cover the gas cost to publish the block to ethereum:

If you want to withdraw without waiting for more than 1 hour, you can submit a fast withdraw, which requires more service fee.

By the way, future versions of arc-bridge-node will ensure that a new block is produced at a fixed time interval, so that users will not wait for an uncertain amount of time.
