How to stop/cancel a subscription?

If I want to stop a subscription, is it sufficient to go to the passport of that subscription -> Action -> Delete ? Will deleting the passport automatically cancel to subscription?

Hi, the subscription feature is backed by Payment Kit.

If you want to cancel as a customer you should open your billing page to cancel/stop your subscription.

  1. Connect to the service you are using, and open the billing page

  1. Find and cancel the subscription on the service billing page:

If you want to cancel customer's subscription as an admin, you can do that in your Payment Kit dashboard (Payments in above screenshot)

Will deleting the passport automatically cancel to subscription?

Please note taht, the action you mentioned in the thread does not do any change to your subscription, it just delete the passport you stored in DID Wallet.
