Cant use profile to log in after KYC

This is yer friend Twelve. I'm under a different account because I've been locked out since last night when i did that KYC thing. I did receive an NFT after i completed thh email confirmation, but I was then unable to show that NFT again to log in.
This two errors persist.

Is your email verification certificate stored in your DID Wallet (extension version)?
I don’t see it on my pc. I see it on my phone.
