Need Access to Customize Login & Profiles on Bassmoney.io
Hello Team,
As our building continues to grow we have come to a point where we need to gain control over some key areas of Bassmoney.io, specifically the login experience and user profiles. Right now, there’s a part of the site that Void can‘t access or modify, and we need to understand what’s possible in terms of customization.
When a user hits the profile button, the current login box is dominated by a DID wallet scan prompt, with smaller options for Auth0 and passkeys. We need to customize this interface to better fit our user’s needs, but we don‘t currently have the ability to modify it.
Similarly, the user profile page is structured around feeds, comments, followers, and badges. While that’s great, we need the flexibility to adjust what is displayed, such as showing recently uploaded Shadows or profile pictures of friends.
So our main questions are:
- How do we gain access to customize the login UI?
- What level of control do we have over user profiles?
- Is there code, API access, or documentation that would allow our devs to make these changes?
The foundation for our social experience is already here. We don’t want to reinvent the wheel. We just want to take the amazing tools ArcBlock has already created and just make them a little more custom for our users.
Let me know how I can elaborate on our vision. I’m confident we can work together and build something incredible. We appreciate your time and any considerations. Thank you!Best,

We're excited to let you know that improving the login dialog experience is already on our to-do list! We're aiming to make all login options equally awesome. In the meantime, we'd love to hear your ideas on how you'd like to customize your blocklet's login page.
As for user profile pages, they're designed to be extendable within the Blocklet Framework. We're working on putting together a guide to help developers with this process, and we'll have it ready for you as soon as possible. Your feedback and suggestions are always welcome!
It is great to hear you are already thinking of this. I know you want this area to be smooth as possible.
If you look at the our current auth0 login box, I think it would be somewhere along the lines of this. Google sign up will be first, as it is the most common amongst new users. We would also like to have an option to include the DID wallet sign up, but with the ability to control the wording.
As for Profiles, here’s the vision we’re imagining:
In short, we want to customize the look, feel, and features of the profile, while still utilizing the core ArcBlock features to handle user data in the background. The goal is to make the experience more engaging, social, and aligned with the Bassmoney vision.
Our question are: Would ArcBlock be open to letting us build this custom profile solution, while still pulling user data from your system? This way, users can still interact with the core features ArcBlock provides, but the experience itself would be fully customized to Bass Money.
Let us know if this sounds possible?
Hello Team,
Here is a simple mockup that I made using Excalidraw, just to give you an idea of what we are thinking about. This would be the landing page that our users would hit when they pushed the native profile button.
The personal shadow gallery is going to be off the CHAIN! Allowing our users to show off recent, and also link to their entire personal collection.
Sharing your top 3 is a classic network move. Who you are you building with?
The badges will be accomplishments from the platform. Such as sharing 25 shadows, or completing 5 remixes. This is where we focus on gamification and rewarding top users.
The activity button could act as a ink to the native DID profile page where end users can navigate too in order to get a view of what the creator ice doing across the platform.
This profile option is going to add thick a thick layer of stickiness to our app. Creating a unique and immersive social experience for our users.
We are very excited about this next phase.
Please look over at your convenience and let us know how we can move forward.

Hey Team,
I know you’re working on this, just wanted to give you an update from the trenches.
Over the last couple of weeks, I’ve been demoing BM9000 on Discord, and we’ve had some new users jumping in. One thing that keeps coming up is the login flow—when people hit the profile button and see the wallet connection screen first, it immediately throws them off. Some assume it’s a scam because they don’t understand why a beat-making tool is asking for a wallet. I’ve been explaining the Auth0 login option and why the wallet is there, but it’s definitely creating friction.
This immediate reaction may be due to the demographic of our users, males 15-25, but I could also see how this could impact other builders using ArcBlock. If someone builds a travel blog, for example, they probably wouldn’t want users to feel like they need to download a wallet just to leave a comment. Right now, Auth0 is an option, but the wallet login is still front and center, which might discourage adoption.
I’ve actually held off on launching a promo video I paid for because I want to make sure we get this sorted before a any new users comes in. I know this is already on your radar, just wanted to share what I’m seeing and how it might affect broader adoption.
Appreciate all the work you’re doing! Looking forward to the next steps.
Thank you ,

It's coming soon, stay tuned. It usually takes time for us to update the foundational components.
Heya z1notyEjWxWTWj1pUANTyPXV4hd2sZX1hzZ just dropped you a note on X as well. Also, appreciate your feedback as that is really important to us and sharing the roadblocks you are encountering. I'll keep monitoring on my side.
Hey Twelve,
We have update new UX of DID Connect
The login page you see when you open https://bassmoney.io/ is like this:
I would suggest that you make the following configuration to improve the presentation of the login page:
Dashboard -> blocklet -> Global ConfigDID_CONNECT_ALLOW_WALLETset it's value tofalse, which means disableDID Wallet login(You can set it's value totrueto reopenDID Wallet login, or just delete it)DID Wallet login. You can follow this document to bind an account: https://www.arcblock.io/docs/did-connect/en/bind-oauth-accountthank you!
we have google login working now!
i think the only thing left (maybe we missed it) is to be able to also customize the Connect to DID Space screen.
can this be done?
z1TFmhjLLroSTYtJT5PF61aatJBKdfRG7ck can you make the connect to did space modal customizable as well?
The login methods shows in DID Spaces is configured by DID Spaces, which DID Spaces actually allowed to use DID Wallet
I'll figure out a way to improve this problem, after fix this issue, I'll send you a message
Hello team,
I’ve noticed that our login screen has seem to reverted back to having the DID Wallet verbiage.
Previously, when we turned off the wallet login function it read like this.
any guidance on how to get back to here?
