Profile feed: status display

Would it be possible to update the profile page feed (of comments made by the user) to include a status tag for each post. This would make it much easier for users to track their own posts as they could go to their profile and scroll through their feed seeing at a glance what has been actioned and what has not if they then need more information they can click directly onto their post to see the outcome.
