Non-Interactive Contact Fields (Email & Phone) - Cannot Redirect

The Email address (support@arcblock.io) and the Phone number (+1 (469) 666-0369) listed on the contact information screen are displayed as plain, non-interactive text. Tapping them does not trigger the expected action (opening the mail client or the dialer app).
