Transaction not visible in DID wallet,only through hash!
Today I sent abt from gate.io to my did wallet.
I don't see under transaction in my did wallet the amount I sent but in total counts of ABT in the
wallet I can see that amount is added.
Why there is no record of deposit amount?
When I press on eth mainet view on block explorer, last transaction is 60 days ago.
When I put hash in etherscan from gate.io transaction, last transaction was that missing one.
I also didn't get any notification of new added tokens to my did wallet.

Look at the ethereum side for abt token, that image shows mainnet.

That is image of latest transaction.
I was looking at eth mainet and there is not wisible transaction.

The point is that ABT is added to my eth mainet adress token balance but I don't see that transaction in my DID wallet.
Neither Web or android.
Hash is showing that on my eth mainet adress are deposited ABT tokens.
Why DID wallet is not getting that data and showing them as deposited amount in my DID wallet?
for android had you tried clearing the cache of the did wallet app itself? not the data, just cache

Because the ETH transaction is initiated from gate.io, the DID Wallet does not record this transaction. DID Wallet is not an exchange, so it does not monitor changes in ETH accounts. In addition, due to the characteristics of DID Wallet (multiple accounts and decentralization), many ETH accounts are generated, so there is currently no account monitoring. When viewing a specific ETH account, DID Wallet will directly redirect to Etherscan, which will display all transaction details.
We will consider adding monitoring for some ETH accounts.
