Suggested contacts

When I open up message/notifications on arcblock community page I’m given the option to search a user to start a new chat. Upon opening the search bar it automatically starts displaying users, they seem to be in a completely random order even prior to typing anything is there a way we can streamline this a bit better to give initial suggestions that are displayed some relevance, for example it could be optimised by firstly showing/suggesting users we have interacted with in community or DiD wallet shown prior to others that we have never seen before?
