For ease of reading and clarity I would suggest the following change.

“If this third-party account has not been linked to any other DID Wallet account, it will automatically create a new account based on the current third-party login (This account have some functions restricted) It is recommended to create a DID Wallet account first, and then link it to other third-party login accounts. In this way, you can access a wider range of wallet functions and enjoy the convenience of third-party login.”

Suggestion.

Note that some functions of this account will be restricted. It is advisable to first create a DID Wallet account and then link it to other third-party login accounts.
