you just need to claim it on you DID Wallet
Hiw do I claim it? The block says transaction failed

click on the bridge detail page. if it has some error, click retry
It does not show on my bridge history
You can try this method to retrieve your bridge. Find this page, click on the top right corner to open a pop-up window, and enter your transaction hash

When I click the top right it gives me two options,
1; recover bridge history
2: cancel
There is no place to pit a transaction hash.
I have not restored my wallet.
which platform were you using your did wallet? web extension? iOS? android?
by the way, can you take a screenshot of your recover screen and share it here?

Click and then input your transaction hash into the highlighted area, and then confirm.
