My whole navigation page(headers) has been wiped out?

My navigation page was filled with different tabs to navigate my site. It’s like they it has been completely reset.

My headers have been removed, but I'm not sure why?

Any ideas on why this happened and how to I get back to how it was last night?

Did this have something to to do with me using the tab button for Arcsphere?

Hey there! Just checking in—did you happen to reset your navigation settings? You can double-check by looking in Operations > Audit Trails. 😊

This must have been it. I really don't recall pressing reset. I will keep my eyes open and let you know if anything similar occurs. updated following navigations:
