Multiple notification channels are supported by the ArcBlock Platform:

In-wallet notifications: enabled by default, can not turn off
Email notifications: can turn on and off, must config a supported email service provider, such as Mailgun or AWS SES
Push notifications: can turn on and off, must config an endpoint to Push Kit service, and add the blocklet did to the allowed senders in the Push Kit service

And we just updated notification settings for all ArcBlock hosted services to ensure a consistent user experience.
