Assistance Required for Token Swap Issue - Missing Tokens in

I hope this message finds you well. I am reaching out to seek assistance with an issue related to a token swap that I executed in February 2020. At the time of the swap, there was an application involved whose name I unfortunately do not recall. However, I possess both the recovery file and the double restoration key associated with this operation.
My concern arises from the fact that I am currently unable to see these swapped tokens in my DID Wallet. This has prompted me to seek your guidance on how to proceed in order to recover or locate my tokens within the wallet.
To provide you with as much information as possible to assist in resolving this matter, here are the details related to the swap:
- The swap was executed in February 2020.
- I have both the recovery file and the double restoration key.
- The tokens are not visible in my DID Wallet.
I am unsure of the steps to take to address this issue and would greatly appreciate any advice or instructions you could provide. If there are specific details or further information required from my end, please do not hesitate to let me know. Your support in resolving this matter is immensely valued.

Hello, can you currently find the Token Swap app in your wallet app list? You can click here to search and try.
If you cannot find the Token Swap application, it means your wallet needs to do a DID Connect on this site. https://swap.abtnetwork.io/.well-known/service/login
Then go here to find the Token Swap application.
Then click on the symbol at the back to enter the details. In the Detail Tab, you can see Related Accounts. You can paste this address to take a look.
If your Token Swap application account has assets, they should be in this address. You can check it yourself at https://main.abtnetwork.io/ by entering your address.
I have followed the procedure, but it seems that the tokens are missing. The transaction hash for the token swap on the Ethereum blockchain is as follows:

I was supposed to have about 400 swapped tokens, but I cannot figure out where they have gone. I used to see the swapped tokens in the previous app before the DID Wallet, but after the update, they seem to have disappeared.

From the data on the chain, there is no record of interaction with the Token Swap service in your wallet before. Please try to recall if you have any other wallets.

Thank you for your response. I have forwarded the transactions related to the token swap, but it seems that the tokens have disappeared. I am unsure how to verify if they have been sent to other wallets. In the previous app, I was able to see them correctly. I have attempted to restore the wallet using the file saved on iCloud, and I also have the recovery code for the wallet. However, I am uncertain how to check if I have other wallets or where the ABT tokens might have ended up. Could you please assist me in resolving this issue?
I tried to recover my wallet through the file with the .abt extension on another device... how is it possible that I can't find the same addresses as the ABT wallets? in my opinion this is exactly the problem... it's not possible that the addresses won't be restored through the recovery file, will there be a way to correctly display the addresses that actually contain my tokens? help I'm going crazy... I can't understand why I no longer see tokens and yet the main device and the file are still the same as when I did the swap... please let me know how to restore, thanks

ok, I'll try the procedure, I hope I don't have any problems, in case I'll write to you today... I'd like to ask one last thing to which I haven't received an answer... why, if I restore from the .abt file on another device, I no longer have the usual ABT or ETH wallet address?
This is because the previous old Token Swap implementation caused it, the new ArcBlock Bridge will no longer have this issue.
at the moment this is my situation, in the swap procedure it is assumed that I already have native abt token? I transferred the tokens in the DID wallet to the ETH address from the address to which you returned me ABT. now I don't understand what I should do... should I bring them to the abt mainnet and then do the swap? I can't find the steps of the procedure for which you gave me the link... moreover, I'm doing this via Chrome extension and not on the app.. because on the app it gives me the balances at zero and tells me that I don't have ETH to pay the bills gas fee... can you help me?

When you sent me the tokens, they were on the Ethereum network, and I used the token bridge to swap them to the Arkblock mainnet. However, I realized that sending 1 ABT to Coinbase from the mainnet does not go through. Therefore, after this, I tried to reverse the operation, but the tokens do not arrive on Ethereum. Why is this happening? This is the transaction on (I believe) the ABT mainnet:

When I check the transaction, it seems as if it has not been confirmed yet... I apologize, but I am probably making some mistakes here. My intention is to transfer them to Coinbase and then leave them there because I am unable to keep up with updates or swaps. Can you help me, please? Thank you.
