Withdraw ABT from ArcBlock's Mainnet to Ethereum's Mainnet
Hello, I attempted to withdraw ABT from ArcBlock's Mainnet, over to Ethereum's Mainnet.
30 days passed but my transaction is still stucked on "Claim on ethereum mainnet" status.
Could you please resolve issue and proceed my transaction. You can find my TX id below. I am waiting for ASAP solution and response.

You need to open the DID Wallet and find this withdrawal, then manually complete the final claim operation. The claim operation cannot be completed inside the block explorer.

I recorded a screen recording of opening the Withdraw details from the DID Wallet. You can refer to it.
From DID wallet I can not proceed the withdrawal because it does not seem within DID wallet History place. It is blank there. Here the screenshot of my DID wallet.
I can just find history from explorer space in which i shared tx link above with you. There is not any option so that i can claim transaction. It has been waiting stucked on "Claim on Ethereum Mainnet" status for 1 month and it has not been approved on blockchain side. This issue might be exact the same as yours:
You can make sure you use the latest DID Wallet, and manually find the assets to claim.
Please click on the "+" sign in the upper right corner of this page, and then enter:
A4EE2A54912923571BB8FEBD5B2AA832EB0B980C61CE6D19FB29B632E5BD8964
Sync this Withdraw transaction back to your wallet.
Note: Please make sure that the wallet you are currently using is the same wallet you used for the withdrawal.
