Unable to Disable Email and Push Notifications – "Invalid Request" Error

When I try to disable either email notifications or push notifications (powered by Push Kit) in the settings menu, the system immediately returns an "Invalid request" error. I have attempted this action multiple times, including after refreshing the page, but the error persists and the notification settings cannot be updated.
