August 2024 AMA Question Submission - What’s Arcblock’s philosophy on “customer service”?

unlike many other chains, ArcBlock offers actual products to its users, beyond token trading. I feel like this requires a certain layer of customer service other chains don’t. Does ArcBlock share this sentiment and if so what Is the philosophy it uses in order to build and employ a system to adequately manage this task?

We will keep improving Discuss Kit (which powers the ArcBlock community site) to achieve better customer service.
