User profile - new features

When pressing on a user’s profile we could implement 2 new features on the highlighted area of the picture: “Reacts” and “Media”

Reacts section would display all the reacts the user made to other posts and comments

Media would display all videos/pictures the user has shared in their posts or other people’s posts
