Chat Now Feature Stuck on Calculating

While using the Chat Now feature in AIstro, I encountered a significant issue that disrupts the user flow. After completing all the required fields and attempting to start a conversation, the system fails to respond and remains stuck on the “Calculating” status for an extended period of time. The problem escalates when refreshing the page, as the interface then loads into a completely blank state, rendering the feature inaccessible. This behavior prevents users from successfully initiating a chat or utilizing the feature’s core functionality. If left unresolved, the bug could negatively impact the overall user experience, particularly for new users who are exploring the platform for the first time.
