App Store Review Prompt Not Triggering
Issue Summary
The application fails to trigger the standard SKStoreReviewController (App Store Review) prompt despite meeting typical engagement thresholds. The user has been actively using the app for over an hour across multiple sessions without being prompted to rate or review the experience.

Steps to Reproduce
- Install ArcSphere (Version 1.11.0).
- Perform several successful tasks (generations, artifact viewing, etc.).
- Continue active app usage for over 60 minutes.
- Observe if a review prompt appears automatically.
Expected Result
After a period of successful engagement (e.g., 1 hour of use or 5+ completed tasks), the app should trigger a system dialog asking the user to "Review in App Store" to boost app visibility and feedback.
Actual Result
No review prompt is triggered. While there is a manual "Review in App Store" option in the Settings menu (as seen in IMG_0036.png), the automated prompt—which is crucial for conversion—is absent.
