This sentence is clumsy. Would sound better if the highlighted part is changed to “Discuss Kit is the decentralized content production tool that makes it easy to post blogs”.
Remove the highlited “and” and add a “,” instead. So this way, “and is not repeat twice.
New modified sentence should read:
“Excellent editor, layout tools and powerful management tools make it easy for you to manage and update your blog.”
