Inconsistent Language Display After Switching to English

I encountered an issue on the ArcSphere app version 1.2.4 where, despite setting the interface language to English, certain sections of the UI—particularly the site permissions settings—still display text in Chinese. This inconsistency is confusing and interrupts the overall user experience, especially for users who do not understand Chinese. I suggest ensuring that all interface elements are fully translated based on the selected language. I've attached screenshots as reference to help identify and address this bug
