Certain links on Arcblock.io website give 404 errors

Some links seems to route incorrectly.

Example:

Expected route:

https://www.arcblock.io/en/whitepaper/latest

Result: 404

Adjusting the domain to what some other pages are still labeled and the page loads:

https://www.abtnetwork.io/en/whitepaper/latest

I had to do this for the documentation pages as well when attempting a blocklet server build.
